nature's courtyard at the kachnar lane is an exquisite home away from home 💜 i stayed in this heritage home for four nights recently and i am glad to have found it. the rooms are warm, cozy and spacious antiquity, with clean attached powder room and rest rooms. special mention for the hospitality staff, mr. bola for his room service. the hosts mr. dhruv and mrs. kundanika are awesome warm couple, well travelled and educated, who make sure that i was comfortable everyday of my stay. this home is for people seeking quite, sober stay with home-cooked healthy food. the natural ambience is safe and perfect to detox for travellers with kids and family. it's worth the price to enjoy the experience. highly recommended for a retreat. 🙏i also got to meet dr. pushpendra pratap singh (owner of the home) who shared vast knowledge of history of madhya pradesh since he is the first person to have done ph.d in the subject & tourism, he has a great sense of humour as well, great host! access to all places of visit in bhopal, smooth cab services and not that far from railway station and airport. one can easily plan historical tours to sanchi, jhansi, bhempetka sites and bandhavgarh national park from here. ranjana rai.

Overall experience was not good due to few critical reasons. They run a homestay with bad hygiene, upkeep, facility and slow service. The owner Dhruv Singh is definitely friendly to speak. However, their family does not seem to be bothered about any of the feedback received from guests. They are full of princely attitude and say "This is a homestay. Hence, you cannot expect standards of a hotel". Pro's - (Good homely food, Helpful service boys, Quiet homely stay) , Cons - (Owners attitude, Bad washroom upkeep, plumbing issues, Water pump noise, Old Air conditioners which can't be regulated, Badly maintained stained furnitures, Smelly bins)

My experience was very horrible After all I reached and I see this property looks like purani haveli not proper lighting not tv working no reception 80% written services not available at this property, behaviour of staff was rude quality of room not good I booked for 1 night but I checked out after 2 hour then I booked an other property. Completely wastage of money, The cost of property actually not justify its services.

The property was really amazing and peaceful. The hosts were soo good, amiable, and supportive of the needs. It's one of the best homestay I would I ever came across and I will surely love to visit it again. Thanks Captain Dhruv, his family and his staff for treating us so well.
