Nature Jawai Retreat

I recently booked a property in Jawai, Rajasthan (2 rooms), through your platform for a family vacation . While the trip overall was enjoyable, there were several disappointing aspects of the booking that require your attention.The property listing on your platform describes rooms without a swimming pool or mountain view as the base category, with an extra charge for rooms offering these features. However, upon arrival, we found that all rooms at the property come with a dedicated swimming pool and mountain view. This creates a strong impression of misrepresentation. It is also worth noting that rooms with mountain views are priced lower than what is being indicated for plunge pool rooms on Goibibo Another concern is regarding the amenities listed on your platform. The property showcases several basic and popular activities like kids play area, yoga,  jungle safari, which based on the listing—we believed were part of the hotel package. However, there was no mention on the portal that jungle safari would incur additional charges (please refer to Attachment 3). In our experience, which was misleading. These offerings should have been clearly marked under a separate “paid services” section, rather than being listed as basic and popular amenities.This lack of transparency led to unexpected and avoidable expenses during our stay. For instance, we paid extra for the same room that could have been booked at a lower rate, and we had to book jungle safari additionally, which we had assumed was included in the room tariff.I sincerely request that Goibibo investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the property for misrepresenting its offerings on your platform. If this is not addressed adequately, we may be compelled to escalate the issue to the Consumer Forum. We would also appreciate it if some form of compensation or reimbursement could be extended to us in light of the inconvenience caused.Looking forward to a fair and timely resolution
