1. Complimentary breakfast is a myth. The in-house restaurant starts only around 11 am. Before that, food is brought from elsewhere.2. The room service personnel were not conversant in the vernacular or English. This made communication very difficult.3. The toilet had a very bad lingering odour due to improper ventilation.4. Special requests made to the hotel management are either neglected or not properly taken care of.5. The staff at the reception, which is the face of any hospitality industry, lacks professionalism and customer-friendliness. They even forgot to smile at the customer, who is made to think as if he/she is an intruder on the premises. 6. We checked in at 2.15 pm on 20/05/2022. Our request for a late check out by just 1 hour (12 noon) due to logistical reasons was ignored by the management even though there were no bookings. They promised to call back but didn't. We waited till 11 am, vacated the room, and sat at the lobby. Even then, nobody uttered a word in response. (The hotel pamphlet says 24 hours to check out.

A small hotel with decent spacious rooms. In-house restaurant serves good food at decent price. Even though there is no breakfast in hotel, there are plenty of options neraby. Staff from reception to housekeeping deserves appreciation as the service is really good. Unfortunately the water source was destroyed due to heavy rain while we were staying. but the staff put really goof efforts to compensate it with can water etc. Needs little more maintainance

First time in Chenganur, no clue which hotel to chose. finally took this hotel. New building, very good ambiance, friendly staffs, enough parking facility. very designed rooms with furnitures. Please maintain the same quality forever. 100% Recommende for anyone. worth for price.
