Different people look for different things, so my review is based on what i was happy about and what is just ok. 1) Cleanliness - 5 star (5 out of 5) 2) Room - Spacious (5 out of 5) - TV (Old TV and tata sky had some problem, they sorted it out finally) - Room Heater (It was noisy, on request they changed it) Food - Complimentary breakfast they served fruits, toasted bread, different jams, Idly, chutney and sambar, it was good. A la carte is expensive. You can visit the following for good food: Jerokah Restaurant (500 metres from this place) is good and very economical. They serve Thai, Chinese & Continental The Gateway Hotels by Taj (less than a km) - Food is five star here. Breakfast buffet (500 inclusive of taxes), Dinner (920 inclusive of taxes) Chocolate mouse from the a la carte is out of the world. Alcohol is not expensive considering the ambience and service. If you want to go to ooty, visit the below for food Shinkows chinese restaurant The Culinarium 3) Amenities - Good small garden - Nothing to play for children -Born Fire available on request. - Wifi connectivity is good. On the whole, property is good if you want a quiet stay. Can't engage children, food is ok, not bad. People are courteous and good.

“Great place in midst of major tourist attraction. Best Breakfast food”. It was a great experience staying at this hotel. This is not so far away from Sim's Park and also right on the way towards Lamb's Rock and Dolphin's Nose. This makes very easy for people who wanted to visit these main tourist points of interest. Food came as complimentary with my booking. They gave a compact menu to choose items whichever I wanted and they prepared and served us fresh. Also they were kind enough to take my request to allow 2 extra hours to checkout. My original check out time was 12 and they allowed me to get me by 2 PM. They also offered complimentary snacks/tea to all guest by 5 PM which was good. Helping and cooperative staff.

Overpriced and Poor Hospitality from the staff, they will ask you to adjust (shift rooms in the middle of stay, cut the corners in-services etc.) stating that bookings are done.In fact the supervisory staff is highly unprofessional & irritating. If you had a good stay at some other Neemrana property don't expect the same from here! There are far better hotels like 180 Mciver (Kapoor's & Sons movie house), Taj Gateway coonor etc. that are half of the price or equivalent and way better than this hotel. Go for that instead!

Pathetic property, very poorly managed. We checked out within an hour. From window of the room u can see ruined furniture then they showed us another room from which we could see staff’s wet clothes hanging. Secondly all the pictures show that there is a view, this property is so small, the fence is within a step from the building. Every picture shows such beauty through the window and the drone image shows huge plantation behind which is nowhere part of the property. Why so much misguiding???

Nice hotel for people who want to get away from chaotic city life. Set in a Victorian style gives u centuries old experience. Food is good, they will set up a bonfire in the evening. Sim's park is just 5 minutes away. Nice clean place and a very hospitable and welcoming staff. Would recommend to fellow travellers who are looking for a simple and elegant place to spend some peaceful time.

The hotel is old English Bungalow.. hence it has a charm of its own. The location is good as well. And the staff was friendly and welcoming. The stay was good except for the buffet breakfast served. I've never been to a hotel/ resort where the buffet breakfast items were so limited as that served in this place. They could definitely improve on that.

We were 2 families + 1 infant.Travelled on 20th Jan, 2018. Our experience is really great the place and early mornings are so good . Room service and vintage ambience gave us literally a lifetime experience. Staff was courteous and helpful. Overall a pleasant and memorable stay will surely recommend to friends and family.

Overall wonderful experience with neemrana.All staffs are well behaved.Just i found a little bit flaws inside the room and bathroom of room no-1 where ventilators are not properly closed or locked from inside..so it feels high insecurity mainly for couples otherwise everything is perfect and meets our expectation...

The room names "Eucalyptus" was very good with a nice view of the nearby hills and forest. But hotel staff denied to provide that room. overall nice stay. Campfire was also arranged in night. Breakfast was superb. I would say the room is a bit overpriced ..
