To be honest it's a best hotel to stay and Mr.Alex (person in-charge) is very friendly to us. He is very trustworthy person that he was honestly returned the money difference even though Air condition unit was not working in our one of the booked room. I have to share few words to reception assistant,he is very helpful and support us for getting our meals and soft drinks at morning and evening. The rooms are very clean and neat. Hotel is located about 1km distance from bus terminal but opposite to the hotel there is a juice shop and mini tiffan shop are close by the hotel. I recommend this hotel very much. They are also arranging a transport for a short tour if you have any plan. Alex and his brother are managing the hotel administration and both of them are very helpful 🙂. I loved my stay in this hotel.

Budget stay hotel in Tiruchendur. But their service and response was outstanding. Very kind and helpful in nature. We went late by 10:30 PM and to get the dinner, they helped us by providing their 2 wheeler. The room we booked was Non-AC and based on our request, the next day, they installed AC in 2 of our rooms without any additional charges. I would request them to keep maintaining and providing the same level of service to their customers and that is why a 5 star rating.
