Staff is good but hotel maintenance is very poor. Very small rooms, also cement has come out at few places. I stayed in room number 111. Not worth of money paid for it. Over priced hotel, not recommend at all to anyone.

This hotel offers very poor service. The AC was not working properly. I am disturbed in the night because the AC was getting shut down frequently. In the toilet, water was not coming in the morning.

Clean rooms and bathroom and very cordial and promot room service. Efficient desk clerks didn't expect such professionalism and courtesy in a small town like Phalodi.

The room was spacious and clean. They have an in house restaurant but they need to improve their food quality. The wifi was available. Overall it was an okay stay.

Hotel Staff was okiesh. location is good. but they were lazy in resolving common issues like hot drinking water. provided blankets were thin to hold the cold.
