very bad experience not worth it i stayed at this hotel in araku for 2 days and faced a lot of problems. there was no proper power supply during the entire stay no ac, no hot water. at check-in, they told us it was just a power cut and power would come back soon. but even at night, the issue continued. when i asked, they said they were only getting single-phase power and couldn’t run anything properly. i contacted customer service for help, but it was of no use. they spoke to the hotel, and then the hotel staff said if we wanted to vacate, we could vacate. how can a family leave the hotel at night in araku, where there is no public transport? we had no choice but to stay the whole night without power. the next day, we vacated the hotel in the afternoon one day early because we couldn’t stay another night in such poor conditions. because of this, we also missed out on the plans we had made for the second day. the staff later admitted they had been facing this issue for 2 days but didn’t inform us before check-in. very poor service and management. i was truly disappointed and do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall if we talk about the hotel then it is fine but not special, The main market is so too far from the hotel and the railway station too, if it is cheaper here than anywhere else then take it otherwise no, whatever you want take it from the main market There is nothing to eat, only the non-vegetarian ones are good, vegetarian people should not come, if they come then do not think at all about staying for a day

The hotel building is quite old. Though they maintain the cleanliness but the ambience is not upto the mark. The housekeeping guys are really good in maintaining the cleanliness. But again I would like to say if you are looking for good ambience this is not the place. You can just expect the cleanliness.

Rooms are overhyped . They took 6k for one night for two rooms. But the room was not clean at all. The wash basin in the bathroom did not have a proper pipe. Geyser was not working. Besides, they take offline booking for less price. Rooms not tidy. Geyser not working.

pros: 1) room quality and size is good, 2) polite staff 3)location nice 4)parking facility available. cons: 1) no room service available such as intercom and food/water, 2) no room cleaning for continuing stay 3) basic facilities such as glasses were not available

Service boy and receptionist were good.Hot water is available only at limited timing (morning time).Everything is good in the budget. except the issue with washroom door, which doesn't closes completely and have half inch gap even if we push maximum to lock.

it's good at this price range .../- but only room is available for you to stay and rest all you can buy yourself , no boys are available to bring anything except water bottle.don't expect too much it's good for everyone to book @ vasishtha.

no proper hygiene at all every where dust continuous water leakage problem in bathroom dirty linen cot matress is not at same level..i felt i slept in cradle not on mattress. no lift service 😔.

staff is very good, accommodation is splendid. we family enjoyed very lot , provided amenities. while send off upto bus stop they carried out language. finally nice to see you, again .

Horrible! Bedsheet and pillow covers was used. Room not clean properly. Bathroom - Western toilet cover was dirty and flash was broken.It's not match to pictures.
