I'm was waiting for breakfast from last 1 hour as of now no staff members are present hereAs of now my booking is including break fast and here is no one available in dinning hall and receptionRoom is horrible at all no hot water facilities washroom is very dirty there is lot of compression of photos which are uploaded on site

Hotel was at good location. Size of room was sufficient. People at hotel were good. Only thing is that they did not provide towel and toiletries. Maybe they would have given it if I would have asked which I didn't cuz I was just staying for the night.

Very rude person at service. i had to leave the hotel after watching his behavior with tourists and did not stay at the hotel. He was smoking cigarettes and blowing smoke in face. Total zero stars.

In a walking distance of 5m to Leh Main market, Rooms are neat and clean and service and staff is good. Would recommend this hotel, Hotel cafe is also beautifully decorated with lights on tree.

Food quality and quantity both are bad. there are two staff members both are very helpful. I suggest, you can take another hotel if you want to take good food.
