Overall, it's just an below average property and not worth the money, the main disappointment was that i have booked with complementary breakfast here, but in this property they said there is no such complementary breakfast here. Fridge is not working, AC is not much cooling and the remote is not working, and the Tv has no channels. You guys really need to update team.

The smoke detector on my floor kept having a high pitched beeping sound every 20seconds which ruined my sleep. I tried contacting staff and explained to them this is due to low battery, but they said it’s normal and they can’t do anything about it. In the end no sleep for me.

Very poor service, realy disappointed. Didnt get breakfast even after 8.30am after they commited at 8am. They couldnt give drinking water after 10pm. Its dirty water coming through the taps. Wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

we booked two rooms and out of that one was good and in other one the attached toilet-bathroom stank; location wise: great place, near to Shornur station, good connectivity; property: overall good.

Room was neat, clean and large. Only one towel was provided for two of us. Hot and cold water was available. Staff cooperative.
