We stayed at Nivastays Prime for 3 nights (Mid Jan 2021) while house hunting in Viman Nagar and our stay was more than pleasant. The place is clean, spacious, well lit and ventilated. The rooms are huge with multiple cabinets, big enough to keep your luggage and roam around freely without feeling congested. The bathrooms too are spacious and clean (ours had a bath tub too). The balcony and terrace is a huge plus point. Overall, its a nice place in a good society at prime location in Viman Nagar, but most importantly the property manager Mr Sanjay (and Sangram) are very helpful and took care of all our needs to make our stay hassle-free. PS. Do spend some time with Sanjay uncle, he's such a chilled out person with interesting stories to share :)

The location of the property is on the main road. Food is not available in the property Overall I had a nice experience while staying in this property.
