This is a new hotel. However the service is very bad. We were two people staying in one room. However they refused to provide two towels. Apparently the hotel policy is only one towel per room. I stayed for two days. The room was not cleaned after day one. No intercom so you have to go down to find any service help. No hot water in the evenings( only in the morning). Second day inhad to wait for one hour to get water supply in the bathroom and had to remind the staff three times about it before they finally turned on the motor
