The property is good . The room provided has a nice river side view. But the service is not good. First of all the room had to be checked if the guest checks in . That was not done. Our two hours got wasted in fixing the issues. The housekeeping is not quick at the service. Being such a big resort the services are average. They gave us a complimentary activity ticket free for the issues. But i would rather request to please check the rooms before the guest checks in as people come to the resort to spend quality time and pleasant experience. Its a-fair review. I liked the surrounding of the resort and the bicycle ride which is complementary for the guest checking in. The place has transformed beautifully since our last stay. The food is much much better than Niathu Resort. The kid loved the play area - largest we have seen so far with skating area and sand pit! The new cottages are so much better and luxurious than their old ones - loved it.

Had a relaxed and cozy stay at the resort. Wonderful location with a huge area. Lots of activities one can indulge in. Fine architectural beauty, view of Patkai hills from the hotel balcony. 1 star less only because of the portion size of the food ordered is pretty smaller.

wonderful resort to chill out with family as many exciting play stations and outdoor activities are available. the timely delivery of foods and attitude of staff are excellent. the opportunity to bond with nature inside the resort is indeed memorable. thank you
