Stay at your own risk! This pathetic hotel is Flagship just in name. The room had a broken wash-basin, and people at the reception did not make any effort to get it repaired even after complaining. I insisted on changing the room. 1st they said no room available, then showed me a smelly, damp room which anyone in his senses would reject. The rooms are old, in dire need of repair. To make matters worse, the rooms have insects and mosquitoes which will not let you sleep.

i had an horrible stay last night.the person refused to check me in asked me whom did you ask before paying? i have not told you to pay and it's not my fault.after an hour of heated argument he gave me a non ac room for which i booked an ac room.the real story begins here. the room has no lock, the bedsheets were dirty and washroom was not cleaned. i really had a horrible night at the stay.

We are very sorry to hear that i am so disappointed with stay at this hotel. They have been given a very dirty room. The hotel staff is not doing any work on it. There are insects all over the room. I have not been able to sleep the whole night. Ac also not working. They are given Non Ac room but i have book ac room. I didn't come again this hotel

Room and the bed are very old. They ask for the price. Based on the price, you are allotted the room. No hot water through out the stay.

Amazing and nice stay. Staff was very friendly with always smile on their face. Bed was too comfortable with soft mattresses.
