It was really disappointed stay with that hotel. They denied visitor due to covid 19 but they are not cleaning the room and changing the bed stuffs which is used by other guest.The Receptionist doing argument by saying that the couple have no problem with this kind of room but you are giving complaint about the room and also said if you have any problem with the room you can talk to the customer support.There are no bathroom amenities not even a single towel to use.I will never recommend anyone that hotel. There is no facility for 3 guest and Receptionist said we have denied our partner not to confirm such kind of booking but still they are confirming this kind of booking. highly disappointed with entire stay. We will never refer anyone for this kind of hotel.

good place to stay at low cost...location is a bit confusing but safe as it is a residential area.. staff are friendly and hassle free..just there is no facility of drinking water.every time you have to call reception for water..rooms arevery good and spacious.bathroom is good...kitchen facility is also available with your room..overall good experience...

Only food was at par level and delicious but the room condition was not upto mark as the bedsheet and blanket were dirty seems to be not been washed from long time and provide to every guest unwashed. U will get rashes after usage. Do check other hotel instead of this so far as I am concern. Lastly the receptionist behaviour was kind though.

there is no professional staff at reception. At the tym of check out they took 30 minutes for billing . after giving the key for 10 minutes their person went to the room in which I was staying and checked if everything was ok . For late check out they were asking 50% charges as per policy 30% charges of last booking is applicable

it's good property neat & clean rooms. feel like stay @ home. very good behavior of hotel staff very supportive. I recommend to stay in this property. only one concerned that is Hindi entertainment, Hindi news channel & sports channel it should be provide which is not available. pls look into this. Upendra

The hotel is charging extra. Behaviour of owner was very poor. Left in 1 hour. They said Oyo is not tied up with them and agrued to report at Oyo costomer care. Unfortunately customercare number was not connected. So poor service i had never experienced before.

My experience is not good i have booked here for long time stay . But tv is not working for last five days and i have complaint regularly but no result.breakfast they serve in dirty polythen street food .

Railway line is very close sound distrub very much in every hour .breakfast served in dirty polythene from stree food.tv not working after comlaint three day after staff neglect the problems.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff behaviour is good. Also the Room and the washroom was very clean. Location is near Rasulgarh Square. Its peaceful.
