well maintained hotel. well behaved staff AC is available in all rooms for summer but there is no any facility for room heater in any room for winter season so there is a little hard to stay in so cold weather without heater rating four out of five

rooms were not cleaned. we were given the room that was not even cleaned before the earlier occupant left. dirty glasses, old tea cups. etc etc. on top of that mosquitoes
