Very bad experience from a booking so far. scam, do not trust any good reviews about this hotel. We came little early and they refused check in even when rooms are full free. We had to attend a meeting in a studio and we had to leave early. In the evening when we came they increased the price. They gave us room in 5th floor where lift is not even working on the building. They gave uncleaned rooms and not ready to see the issues when we called. Not at all good for stay.

Bad experience :1) room not clean. 2) staff not good. 3) backache due to uncomfortable bedding. 4) no tea / coffee maker 5) veg / non veg both food together , they don't allow food from Zomato/Swiggy.( even oyo Executive mentioned that they will allow outside food). 6) need to call for water bottle, towels, etc. Good thing-1) Bathroom is clean. I suggest you to come at your own Risk.

hotel rooms was excellent and neat but don't order food any food staff was very rude and they took wrong order i order fry piece biryani instead of fry piece biryani i got dum biryani i order chicken butter masala instead of butter masala i got paneer butter masala total food is very cool i think food was not fresh kitchen staff was very rude soo bad

I've booked the complimentary breakfast which is included in my stay.But when asked to the hotelier, he refused to provide since their kitchen was closed. When discussed with the team they provided support, they said they will refund the amount but still it's pending from their side.

hotel doesn't provide breakfast even after paying for it during booking,hotel don't even provide toiletries such as soap giving a silly reason that soap is not included isn't it funny that hotel gives a silly reason like this that bath soap is not included in your booking

Half of the things in the room don't work. Very poor room service. Had to co-ordinate a lot of times for a mere towel/tea to get delivered in my room. Poor lighting. only one tubelight was working. TV doesn't work. Broken mugs and shower in the bathroom

only Manager is good, rest everything is bad. no clean room. No tea coffee maker. service is slow. no safety, no clean room. only Bathroom is good. bedding is giving backache. food kitchen is common for veg & non veg. no tea / coffee maker.

room service was bad, washroom was not that clean the mugs and buckets were really dirty. but the room was cheap and the reception was really bad. even when i asked for water they gave water that was stinking and someone could die from it

Hotel management asked me to pay extra 480 rupees for the booking. The room was not at all good. Not satisfied with the stay. A different kind of smell was there in the room. Cant stay more than 4 hours in the room

Terrible hotel. Don't have a proper reception counter. Parking slot is awful. Room service is pathetic. In bathroom toiletries are also not provided. Simply waste of money. Surprised to find 4 star rating.

when I reached hotel, they asked me to pay 550 extra. they upgraded the room and made me pay 550 and then gave me the same room I booked.
