It's definitely a new hotel, Last month 20th only opened. Rooms are new linens are new everything is new. Staff is really good. Place is quite. No mosquitoes, windows fully covered with mosquito nets. Families can stay peaceful and quite. Little away from polluted n noisy main city but very near to SRMT shopp mall.... Excellent place to stay.

i haven't seen this worst hotel till now.. am paying amount for the room you are not giving it freely.. no response from hotel staff or boys in any thing.. even normal water in washrooms smelled very badly don't no when did you cleaned the tank.. no way to purchase drinking water bottles also.. ambience is very bad..

Room is well cleaned and spacious.But there is no free water facility and plates availabality. Plates service and water service should be complementory as on all othet OYO's. Apart from this rest all good. over all nice and comfortable stay.Worth of 5 stars. iam on official trip.

me & my family rich morning 9:00am check in time 12:00 pm i requeste manager i am waiting 3 hours in oyo compound but this hotel manager say don't entered in hotel open space this space so my question is customer rich uraly can you nor provide waiting space
