Hi Team, Please see attached images and videos for Dirty linen, Dirty bedsheet and blanket, pillow cover. No towels. Unhygienic and Dirty washroom. The ceiling is broken. AC is not functioning properly. Fan regulator is broken. No Dustbins in the room. Stains on washroom walls. Flush draining continuously. The place is not at all livable. I request you to process complete refund at the earliest. Thanks, Nikhil Hotel name Silverkey is not mentioned in front of hotel.

Don't waste ur time in booking this hotel , the amount mentioned in the app is not the same as in reception, I booked for 1night(amount 513) but they asked me to pay an extra 800 rs , this is so unfair... And they are not responding properly Please don't visit here.

room clean, but one mouse found in room , very bad , hot water fixed time 7:30 Am to 10:30 AM BUT NOT available hot water 8:40 Am very bad , overall hotal good, noisy room because near car parking stand.

Worst hotel. Asking for extra amount during check-in and telling that they have not received any booking details. No clean rooms, dirty toilets. Kindly don't consider this hotel for stay.

awesome ambience and the rooms are very big, clean and well maintained. Staying overnight at this hotel was very relaxing. service is also good.

Room size is bigger and value for money, but TV is not working in the Room, bad smell coming from bathroom, Windows are not clean and more dust.
