Very very worst staff. Booked stay in this hotel two times as it was near to my office, both times they provided me different rooms than that i booked. Hotel staff were not helpful and i can't cancel my stay as there is no refund on cancellation policy. They didn't agreed to provide the refund even. I won't recommend it for family
