Dear Goibibo Customer Support,I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent booking through your platform. I booked a room at Hotel O Home Dk Home on 05/06/2025, and the images and description shown on your website were completely misleading.However, upon reaching the property, I was extremely disappointed to find that the actual condition of the room was completely different from what was shown online. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic, making it unfit for stay.Due to this, I decided not to check in at the property and had to make alternate arrangements at the last moment, which caused a lot of inconvenience.I kindly request you to initiate a full refund for this booking, as the room was misrepresented on your platform and I did not avail the service at all.I request you to look into this matter on priority and process the refund at the earliest.

Paid for one night stay with an experience of a room. Reception doesn't exist. Staff have no clue about running a hotel. I was told we don't give keys. It's all open that's how we keep it here. If you enter the bathroom, you will feel bathrooms at railway stations are a luxury. More than anything there's no board of the hotel or even the OYO logo, wrong location is given in the map..Just terrible experience overall

Poor customer service. No housekeeping on regular basis. For full 5-day stay, no housekeeping was done. Charged extra Rs 1000 before giving the room. They did not give me the invoice even on the last day.
