Hotel O Imperial Guest House

This is one of the worst hotels or guestrooms that I have ever stayed in. You may stay here if you are OK with torn blankets, highly used pillows, water leaking walls, and really dusty windows. They have promised many things but nothing was there. 1. WiFi (Not working) 2. TV (Tv is there but no connection) 3. Room Service (they don’t even have cutlery Or even water bottles) 4. They don’t even have proper lights in the room; No Tube lights no bulbs at all. Even the ceiling lights were not working. I had to adjust but one small ceiling bulb. The front office guy is so rude he makes you feel to leave the hotel right away. Please don’t imagine it as a proper front office set up, it’s just one simple chair and table. I have seen many low budget hotels under thousand in and around Hyderabad but this hotel/guest house is not at all at par OYO standards.

The worst experience never visiting this Hotel. I just booked 4 days 3 nights with breakfast. After arriving they told us they won't be giving the breakfast as they do not have any facilities. Then I planned to leave the hotel 1 day before, as per I talked to them. We all got the cross-talk and agreed on the refund and the breakfast refund as well but after the check out the Hotel manager ignore and disagree to give the refund with an arrogant attitude. provided me with the voucher for the hotel booking from their side after the worst attitude of the Hotel Manager. NEVER EVER VISIT HERE AGAIN.

Worst hotel i ever book. Forget sensitization they even nither clean the room nor change the bedsheets after a guest leave the room. I got the room total unclear, the wardrobe was full of rotten leftovers food. They said all the rooms are booked except this room, so what it means when i booked the room with full advance payment.? The room was not even 1% similar to the picture

Just checked out, the bed was cozy, and the staff was nice .
