1. Night duty person was very rude. He behaves like property owner only and not service provider. 2. Linen was dirty. 3. only 5/- Rs. soap was provided against claim of free toiletries. 4. table, toilet seat, water jug (empty) had stains and dirty. 5. No water has been provided. Even they did not take the pain to remove old and used water bottles from room. 6. 14" Panaroma useless TV was there.
