Any one should not go for this property .Ever worst experience...property is just opposite as it shown in pics....First of all the location is outside of Abu....no facilities of any thing you want...it's the magic of pics shown in promotion...ac not working. also the tv is not in running conditions. mirror of washroom is broken....you can see the conditions of dustbin not even empty from long time...No cleaness in the room & washroom jet is not working....shower also not in the useable conditions .ANYONE PLEASE DON'T GO FOR THIS PROPERTY....

AC was not working properly in room 101. After complaining so many times, I heard same words that this is Rajasthan and outside temperature is so high. This is not acceptable excuse. Outside gallery was more cooler than room 101. What does it mean? It means that AC was not cooling the room and hotel staff was not answering properly. Overall bad experience.

very pathetic experience and service rooms are not well tv is not there dinner lunch and breakfast not provided as mentioned. hotel owner Alka agrawal is very rude person don't refer any person food is also not well. very very unhappy with this

Worst hotel I ever seen, Firstly it is far from Railway station, No Dusting in the Room, Not feeling secure for safety reasons, 1 Window Lock is broken and its risky because anyone can jump and come inside,

While check in , hotelier said that our rooms are shifted on another Hotel. This was ridiculous as we have came to check in at 10 PM and they have not atleast informed before shifting our Rooms.

This hotel situated at Abu road not in mount Abu which is 40 km away from mount Abu. Please do not stay in this hotel during mount Abu visit.
