TERRIBLE HOTEL STAFF. RUDE AND NON COOPERATIVE. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FAMILY STAY. The surrounding building was under construction and there was material near the main gate. Reception is on first floor and there was no Lift facility. I politely asked the staff to give me room on First Floor itself but they refused in Rude manner. Even the owner seems to be non bothered for all this and simply asked if I already paid or not. I cancelled my stay at this facility within half an hour and moved to a better hotel. Then after the complaint OYO team did not provide me a refund. Team Go-ibibo really helped with their customer service. I am grateful for their service. But this Hotel really spoils the mood of the trip. No Lift Service for elders to use and instead the rooms are on first and second floor. Too much material near the main gate. Construction material near Hotel Gate.

room was good. location was a type of residencial area. not on the main road. room and bathroom were clean. tv was working. food was available but food price were little bit higher so i ordered online. staff were cooperative. u have to walk a little bit for getting rickshaw etc. overall experience was good.
