Totally disappointed with the service.Only the rooms are spacious nothing else.reception desk doesn't know how to manage bookings.I had paid booking still had to wait 3 hours for my room to get arranged.room was dirty, AC was not working, TV was literally broken. waste of money

there is no good staff, all may be not clean bathrooms and toilet jet spray did not work properly, bad mattress also lights problem and switch boards are broken, they have to do some good work to make a good room

i booked the hotel with breakfast but no breakfast was served and when asked they told me we just write we don't serve breakfast and water in the washroom was hard water can't even take shower with .

hotel in good location, but reception staff is very root and not know who to talk with guest, they are very irresponsible. and Hatel room are good and need to change in moduler room interior.
