i am very disappointed with the service. it was a very bad experience. first the hotel denied the checkin and after alot of time waste checkin was done. most of the times electricity was gone. no one did anything when i was stuck in the lift for 1 hr. done

Rooms and service were good. There is a choultry in the same building and the Lodge is in the 2nd Floor. A Veg hotel is in the ground floor and decent south indian food is available there.

Location, Service, Room cleanliness are good. Only thing which need to be improved is bed spreads cleanliness. It could be much more clean, feeling some kind of itching while sleeping.
