I had very bad experience. It was raining heavily at the time I reached Hotel. Hotel Staff refused to give me the room they said that we will not give room. Even though rooms are available they said that only deluxe rooms are available and they ask me to pay large amount than actual amount. Then I called to customer care and complained about this incident. They arranged stay in another hotel, Thanks for their quick response. I suggest you to take some action against this worst Night Eye hotel.

pls don't want anyone come here, they will not accept your check in, if accepted they will charged 1.3k. this is my experience. with ma experience am saying,

Hotel manager did not accomodate with booked room, he refused saying the booked room is full and we paid extra amount for the other available room.
