Hotel O Poptavern Premium

Do not book this hotel. I had booked a room for around ₹ and at the time of check-in, they told me I will have to pay ₹ as they are not responsible for discount. I told them I booked but they said they have no idea as its managed by Oyo only.I finally agreed to pay providing they write it on their letterhead, but the guy at reception said concerned person is not there. Later he came, but asked for instead of After lots of talk and negotiation, agreed to pay , however he didnt write in letterhead saying they dont have one. The room is pretty neat and spacious, location is great, accessibility is pretty good too. However, the service is pretty poor. The reception guys are missing most of the time, lacks professionalism while interacting with customers.Receptionists didnt even turn up at 10am and had to call the mobile number at reception to inform them when I checked out. you must refund the additional amount I had to pay at the hotel and get this hotel suspended. in fact, I heard many people faced similar issues after booking Oyo managed hotels.

cons: 1.the owner of the hotel is very greedy. although he accepted my booking, but told not to book hotel. in my booing, complementary early check-in was provided, but hotel owner denied (even when the rooms were empty), gave priority to offline booking (for which he was charging more). 2. nothing in the name of service. the reception is almost unattended. you will hardly find anyone at the reception. I would give zero stars if I had the option. avoid this hotel if you want a good service. 3. hotel is on the highway, if you want to have food, either order online or walk for around a mile. pro: only good thing is the room size.

I don't recommend booking this property. There were multiple instances that impact my stay here:1. they asked for money at the time of checkin around extra 600.2. At most of the time no was available on reception. You have to find them on each floor. Mostly sitting on 5th floor.3. Remote property on highway. 4. Called 5-7 time at the time of checkout no answer. Around after 7 hours they called back to ask if i need anything, they even didn't knew we have checkout long back.no one was available on reception all times.hotel refused to check in and asked for additional amount.not suitable location and unsafe

Pros: Clean RoomCons:Amneties offered while booking were not provided like Wifi, hot water, TVStaff was very unpleasant On arrival we were told that payments are not accepted here. He was reluctant to give us the room and finally agreed but told us he won't give us room again in a very rude tone. While checking out of our room at 7 am there was no one at the reception except for a guy sleeping on the floor who was not responding even when we called or tried shaking him awake. One of my worst experiences and will never come back.Staff and amneties
