Hotel O Ranibagh Palace

This hotel is not well maintained. no room service. no restaurant in working condition. At night when we reach they didn't even open the main gate. initially they denied check in and said the full hotel is occupied. after request they provided room. room, bed, bathroom were untidy. electric switches were broken. door was not getting locked properly. no curtains on window. water given was in old 2 litres old disposable bottle. drinking water as well as bathroom water was yellowish. bathroom accessories were broken. tumbler was also broken. lizards in bathroom. exost fan making loud noise. no towel, toiletries were there. we had to ask for everything. one can stay only when want to spend night with low budget below 500 rs. and expect nothing more.

very bad experience of my life,room was untidy,washroom was also v bad,condom was there near the bad,I will suggest to all not to stay in this property at all,They charge for breakfast while booking,but didnt provide breakfast.

This is good haritage hotel in normal cast good maintained and located near guda vishnoi reserve forest room are very exclusive👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
