Hotel O Sky

Hotel owner is so arrogant and rude.... He abused and talked to us in an inapptopriate manner. Complimentary breakfast is not served. Room was having water leakage and floor plus all walls are totally wet and on complaint hotel owner stated that water leakage is due to building construction nearby. If this behaviour could of some staff then also we could accept the fault of staff... but this attitude and behaviour was of owner and whicb shows that the owner doest not care about customer. thus no logic of visiting such kind of hotel.

very very bad welcome by Hotel Manager.or yeh bola gea ki koi room free nhi hai or hum aapko room nhi de sakte at the time. fir kafi request karne ke baad 1000rs extra lene ke baad room available karvaya and onka kehna tha ki .kese room book karliya humne to kisi ko .room book karne ki permission hi nhi di hui.

There is no service in the hotel, tv is not working, no recharge in the tv, washroom is very samll, very poor service,I booked this hotel with breakfast and they given me the ground floor room and no served the breakfast due to delayed service. I can not recomoded this hotel to anyone

room was not ready at the time of check in. Owner behavior was not good at the time of check in but after check in he try to do better arrangements for us but it's take long time.
