I just wanted to share my experience about the Hotel Srinidhi Inn, Bangalore. I was really disappointed when my daughter & I arrived there because even though I had paid in advance, they told us that there were no available rooms. It was quite frustrating, especially after making the effort to plan and book ahead of time. I understand that situations can arise where rooms may become unavailable, but it would have been helpful if the hotel had communicated this to me beforehand or offered some alternative solutions. It definitely put a damper on my trip. And also I didn't get any refunds at all. I think it's important to let others know about this experience so they can make informed decisions when booking hotels. Hopefully, the hotel can improve their communication and avoid similar situations in the future.
