Since it 2am in the night due to late on the way, check in was denied due to unavailability of hotel staffs. Reception didn't respond even after calling over phone. Infact he turned off the call after few attempts. We informed the manager previously that we will be late. This irresponsibility from hotelier is not tolerable. It was tough for us to find another hotel in the midnight, especially with my family along with me. Refund is henceforth claimed. Irresponsible hotelier and what not. Totally worthless.

it's not at all a family hotel. At first they don't let us check-in, they said we can't give you room as the fair is high, cancel the booking. then we called customer care and they pay the rest of the amount and then they agreed to check us in. we have to wait almost 2hour and 30minit to get our room. at midnight there is also chaos. it's a horrible experience. I won't recommend it to anyone.. I dislike it because I feel insecure to stay there with my family.

Very Bad experience about Taj I international **** hotel.Never face so poor service. Hotel is good for unmarried couples not for a family . on First night forced to take dinner at 7.15 P.M Next day complimentary breakfast served at 10.30 A.M. After taking order of dinner they cancelled it last moment. While asking the reason their version Ami ki korbo (What could I do ). Total unprofessional approach. Duration of stay 7th & 8th October 2019.

Worst hotel ever I've visited. Bedsheet are torn, bathroom dirty, no sanitization, not a single staff wearing masks, completely unsafe and staff not cooperating to solve the guest issue like replacement of Bedsheets or clean washroom.

they asked for paid 700rs extra or else kicked us out worst experience ..We have to go somewhere else and my money got wasted of booking REFUND ME ASAP or else gonna complain HOTEL RECEPTION STAFF'S BEHAVIOUR WAS VERY RUDE

Hotel is good, behaviour of staffs are also good, room is decent but power cut is major issue though inverter is there but air condition doesn't works in inverter. Blankets are not that clean.

It was horrible experience Ac not working, room was v v dirty They charged extra money despite of full payment in the app , The gobigo app also doesn't have any. Costumer support no .

Hotel is nice and location wise also good. Service is good. Unmarried couples are safe in there.But one bad thinks is the hotel is under processing like cinteen and TV.

i left just after check in because Room was very dirty, bed sheet towels was also very dirty room was having bad smell no fooding facilities was there also
