Hotel O Tourism Villas

very very bad experience.after payment i got the room confirmation but this tourism villa is connected with you. without room the accepting more room booking confirmation. while reaching no receptionist and long waiting the room boy said no room vacant and long argument oyo offer another property golden avenue and accept though it is far away. i got the confirmation email from oyo and reaching the second property same experience such no room and asked me 1400 rupees to wait up to 7 PM to check in. again hectically i called oyo and again oyo customer care guy ask money for online payment and i denied their proposal finally partially i paid and balance 259 asked to pay by direct cash. i got the confirmed room thru a WhatsApp message and while going before i called to the third property asked me the full amount of 700 rupees. half day time and high risk and wasted money.

AC in the room was not working at all. There was not even basic amenities like geyser, bath towel, etc. Property infrastructure is good but services are not as per hospitality industry. Average experience as a family, property looks good like small villa, interior is good but the main problem lies within the services.

I paid entire amount .but there they asked me to pay 100 extra in the name of GST.I argued then they said no need.and no hot 🔥 water & the main disaster thing is there is no LOCK 🔐 .when i asked about this they simply said CCTV is there no wry . Ambience gud .apart from tht nothing s gud
