Staying at this hotel was the worst nightmare.1. We were given the room without any prior cleaning.2. The bathroom was filthy — used soap, hair all over, and cigarette butts on the bathroom window.3. No towels were provided initially; they were only given after repeated requests.4. The bedsheet was torn, clearly used by a previous guest, and full of hair.5. There was no ceiling fan, and the wall fan made loud noises throughout our stay.6. Contrary to what was listed on the Goibibo website, there was no power backup. The power went out at 10 PM and did not return until 2:30 AM. We couldn’t sleep the entire night, and it ruined our trip the following day.7. There was no proper seating area anywhere in the hotel.8. There was no almirah or storage space provided in the room.9. The bathroom door’s bottom tile was broken, causing water to leak out every time we used the bathroom.10. The room and bathroom were full of cockroaches, making it extremely unhygienic and uncomfortable.The listing on Goibibo appears to be manipulated many of the facilities mentioned were either missing or falsely advertised.everything i can say
