Hotel O Vivek Executive

Very very disappointed. This hotel is recognised by oyo. The hotel is on highway above a resto bar. Room was big but cleanliness was average. Linens were dirty. Washroom was dirty. When I remove pillow there was a big cockroach below it. Whe I called reception, no one came. After 30 mins I again called and a guy came and said we clean daily, it may have come from window and he threw cockroach out. After some time it again came. I had a restless night. In morning at 7am, there was no water. I kept calling reception but no one picked call. After 30-40 minutes water supply resumed. There was no bucket/mug/stool in washroom, just standing shower. It was not over yet. When I went for check out and asked for breakfast which was included in my package at around 8:30 am, the reception guy just woke up and told sir aage k chowk pe breakfast milega.. Then i again informed him that its included in my package, the guy told breakfast 8 se 10 k bich milta hai... I told him it's already 8:30 then he said sir aaj ladka aaya nhi hai. Worst thing was they don't accept their fault. This was the worst stay in an oyo recognised hotel.

1. They had kept my Gov. ID proof even though they had taken a Xerox copy. When asked they told they required if checking happen. As per rules they are not allowed to keep id proof after checking. 2. No remote for AC & TV 3. No hot water. 4. Washroom are not that good/clean. Tap is rusted. Bucket provided is dirty. 5. No curtain for Windows

Worst experience. Dirty pillow cover and bed sheet, used towel, unhygienic blanket, bad behaviour with hotel staff. room service not allowed. toilet seat cover broken, AC water leakage, Jam water tap. Totally bad experience. Waste of money, time.

Staff is good. But hotel quality is very poor. No charging point in room. And no extension board. Washroom was not clean. Bedsheats were smeling bad.
