I was provided a Queen-size bedroom for two people, but the experience was disappointing due to the following issues:- Poor customer service- No shirt hangers- No towels provided- No water bottles provided- Damaged toilet buckets and cupsI complainedregarding these issues, but nothing was resolved. Based on my experience, I would suggest never booking this room, even if offered for free.

Pros: Good location Rooms are clean Linen is clean Cons : Veryyyy tiny bathroom, one person can BARELY squeeze into the bathroom They only provide bottled water at 30 rs/bottle. Vehicle parking is very cramped, could barely park my car in their parking area.

the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. really didn't expect that especially when cleanliness is the most important.broken toilet seat..and no handsoap or towel provided.had to help myself for taking my luggage to my room and while check out also.I really wish you guys improve on these small things.

worst hotel no room clening size very small in the room empty wine botel and condom packets found in the room lift not in use room service not good overall worst expirince wardrobe very dirty no cloth hanger no glass for drinking water

Couples please avoid. It will be a hell of experience. They say that there will be ride by police at night. And they will charge extra money at checkin time for non raided rooms
