While the room was good in terms of space and category, there were several shortcomings in terms of amenities and service that impacted my overall experience. Due to another event at the hotel (possibly at a bar or similar venue), all parking spaces were full. - *Oral Kit*: For a room booked for two people, only one oral kit was provided. I felt this was a basic expectation for a booked occupancy of two. - *Basic Amenities*: The room lacked essential items like soap, a hair dryer, and an ironing board. In my experience across several three-star hotels in various cities, these are typically provided. Service Issues - *Communication*: Despite checking in at 12 AM (night), there was no follow-up call from the hotel to check on our stay or if we needed anything. - *Reception Staff*: The counter staff at reception weren't cooperative to the expected level of service. Overall, while the room itself was acceptable, the gaps in basic amenities and service fell short of what I'd expect from a hotel of this category. For guests booking for two people, ensuring adequate amenities like two oral kits seems like a reasonable expectation. We had booked on Saturday. Every Saturday's there will be Pub. Music, Noise n Dance till 2am . We were not informed or told about that by the hotel while booking or checking in. What is this behaviour! We had come for relaxation after travelling from Bengaluru, we couldn't rest. Very disappointing. Apart from that, food n rooms are good.
