Stayed here for 3 days. Had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located close to most of the tourist spots (within walking distance-Ferry booking office, Kumari Amman Temple, Sunrise point eateries, shopping spots etc. ) The staff is very courteous and helpful. The Deluxe Double AC Room (508) was quite spacious with a sufficiently big bathroom. Hot water was available at the turn of a tap, through a centralised heating system. However, only towels and small guest-sized soaps were provided as toiletries. There was no kettle or tea/coffee makers in the room. But the hotel staff arranged tea/coffee in the room from outside, from 5 am onwards at a very nominal price ( Rs 20/-). Overall a very decent place to stay with family. It seemed to be very popular with the tourists, as evidenced by the constant influx of tourists observed during our 3-day stay. I will stay here only if I visit KYK again. The family atmosphere of the hotel and the great location.

The manager was very friendly and it was a smooth check-in and checkout, he even upgraded our room from triple room with AC to 2 king size bed with AC. The location is very close to the beach, boating, sunrise point and Kanyakumari temple. The room was clean, the breakfast was pure veg and nice. Only con I could mention is that 2 of the Bathtowels provided had coffee stain type of stains on it, we didn't complain about it as we had carried our towels with us. I'm sure they would have provided us fresh towels if we had asked them. But it would have been great if they had crosschecked and provided fresh towels to begin with.

Really loved the stay in the hotel. The four bedded room was huge. The bathroom was very practically designed so that water does not spill to the door. The balcony was nice for the view. not so big though. Special mention to the locality of the hotel. It is at walking distance to all good multicuisine hotels as well as the market, ferry point, tri sea point. Loved the place and the management was also quite helpful.

Rooms are very neat and clean especially bathroom.. Staffs are very friendly. their is no restaurant in it but surrounded with somany reasturants. and also their is no sea view but in this rate its an amazing room. Budjet friendly for families.. Our first room having some ac issues when we reported they gave us another room.. Near to temple Neat and cleanliness.. Staff behaviour
