We had a pleasant stay with my family from November 17 to November 20, 2023, while staying at the Baseraa Inn. Specifically, the staff—who are incredibly friendly and accommodating—have tidy rooms. The rooms are on the third floor, which is a pleasant feature, and there are great restaurants with fantastic food on the first, second, and third floors. Everything is good, except car parking.

Great stay. The Check in process is so smooth and as I have checked in early morning, there was no problem. Rooms are good and location is on main road near to Lumbini park , 1 km from Lumbini park and Birla Temple. The food is delicious here. Overall very satisfied with the Hotel and the staff. Peaceful stay, Great Location and Cleanliness of the rooms are great.

the hotel is very neat & clean and very hygienic. mr. sameer reception manager is very helpful and cooperative. the food taste is yumm. both veg and non veg food is available at a very reasonable rate. on request they gave me 3 hrs extra time to checkout. overall worth staying here & value for money. 👍 thanks ohris baserra inn. thanks

the stay was hassle free and the staff behaviour is decent. multiple choice of cuisines (chinese, north indian, south indian) available at the same building. recommended for couples. the location is at the city center with access to shopping malls, jewellery shops and secunderabad railway station. overall a very good experience 👍🏻👍🏻

Walkable distance to the Hussain Sagar Lake, helpful staff attitude, neat and clean. Just one issue that water was dripping from the AC vent, although the staff immediately cleaned the filter but the water was again dripping. The issue got resolved while I increased the AC temperature to 27 degree Celsius.

it was a Good experience in hyderabad. I stayed in this hotel OHRIS .... the room is same as shown in pic 👌... staff were also very cooperative.... and the best part is it's location... which is close to Husain sagar lake, birla mandi, Secretariat... 👌👌...

Hotel staff are very cooperative and food is available in same building. We have booked 2+1(child) and faced lot of problem to sleep all 3. They have given room with small bed. On request management arranged extra bed Don't have

very nice stay . helpful staff. rooms were clean and spacious. location is very near to lumbini . hotel arranged naina tour and travel for tour which was very nice . imran was our cab driver very happy and cheerful person .

Room was average, the staffs were polite but when comes to room, you can see in this pic, the curtains were damaged and I requested for a change and they had not done. They provided only 1 soap in bathroom

Just value for money. Rooms not maintained properly. Soiled bedsheets concealed so that customers can’t notice. Warm water is available 24 hours. U get what U pay for..
