Very good location. The owner and office staff were friendly & warm and they helped us plan our itinerary. However, I would urge travelers to carry mosquito repellent sprays or remember to ask to mosquito nets and goodnight to the housekeeping. As we forgot to do that in one of the rooms and were attacked a lot by mosquitos while sleeping.Okegiga is the best option for a budget stay in Majuli. There's the riverside at walking distance which is beautiful in the morning.

An awesome experience in the woods. Staying in the wooden cottages, with the bonfire ( in the night) you wake up in the morning among-st the chirping of birds. lapped up with the calm n quiet beauty of nature. Makes your travel a memorable experience. The Owner and All the Hotel Staffs are extremely polite and jovial. Overall a site which you would love to visit & stay

Lovely ambience, location was good too... property was worth the money so was the staff and the fooding although the food is bit costly... as it's a resort and the place itself is mostly for tourists. we even rented a scooty from the staff itself. 700/day exclusive of fuel. And we had a worthwhile experience in Majuli.

homestay location is bit offbeat, but the property owner guided us well. the staff were courteous and helpful. the food offered was hygienic and felt as authentic as home made one. the cottage was neatly arranged and well equipped. overall nice experience with my family would surely recommend to all.

The place is located at a very serene location. The river bank is located at a few steps away from the place. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and are fun. The manager "Pap" is a very professional guy. Cheers to the staff for making our stay awesome

Amazing stay, beautiful vibes, wonderful location, humble staffs and great food. The nearby river is just cherry on the top. Do visit here and stay at least one night with your friends and family. if you are card lovers then do take it with u.
