Worst hotel i have ever got not even provide drinking water.As my schedule changed so i left hotel 2 days before they not even provided my 2 days money back.hotel manager is lier i asked for cab book and he said wrong price and taken side of cab and then i come to know that cab had taken 100rs extra. Never going to book this hotel again

worst experience .I booked a room for my parents and hotel staff is so bad that instead of helping my old parents they trouble them for voucher details and after complaning they tell to look out for other hotel .fan is not working and hotel staff not helping them .overall worst experience

It is a budget hotel, suits only for bachelor's (Boys), no lift, no room service, no security. At present it is under renovation. Not at all a good one for married couples.Think twice if you want to book this Hotel, try for other hotel before you conform to stay at Hotel Olivia.

U dont get hot water room n service is very worst, i paid extra anount for eraly check in tht to all room ware empty i asked dor bill and pople avoid to give receipt, better you can stay in local logde but not here bcz nothing is worst than this hotel

I booked this hotel along with my friend for one day. Renovation was going on so the hotel looked kinda shady but the staff was really courteous and helpful. Hopefully the hotel would be renovated soon. Overall I am happy!

poor quality.I think in that day, we only stayed there. I have booked one room for for 3 person.Amount charged for this hotel is ....But you will get better hotels than this for this amount.

Worst experience ever. Booked the room, they said room not available. Because they failed to update in goibibo. No help from goibibo as well after many calls. Try some other hotel please.

I payed above **rupees for a non ac room. A bad room only I got. When booking room number also want to mention .Include that facility also. I did not get benefit for my money.
