starting they behaved rudely for asking booking and said go out of hotel premises and book if you want to do booking and said now this drama is running asking booking (I felt to go other hotels but I had no time so choose this only but did book by going out of hotel and came inside).I did delux room book but they given me small room may be because of booking issue(me not asked anything about it). TV was also not working properly, it was lines with black and white (attached photo). After that they talk casually and did help aslo but anyway first impression matters. Hotel food was too good but rates are too high. My suggestion is they should treat everyone in same way whether we do booking.

great stay with friendly service rating: ★★★★★i had a fantastic experience at om inn. the hotel is in a great location near couple of famous maharashtrian restaurants, close to everything i wanted to see and do. my room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. i especially loved the big, cozy bed.the hotel has some really nice amenities. what really made my stay special was the staff. they were super friendly and always ready to help with anything i needed. they made sure i felt welcome and comfortable during my entire stay.this is my review

Very friendly staff, super clean rooms and washroom too. They even let us late check out by paying a small additional amount. The food was good. Room service was fast. Budget friendly hotel. Oh and it's away from the city so perfect getaway. Friendly welcome from the staff.

Location wise very good as it's located on pune Mumbai highway. Adjacent is hotel Thanda Mamla which old and must have food ( Pure Veg) Ambience is good Staff very polite and assistive. Except Tea, Food to be taken at restaurant only Center location to Lonavala n pune city
