Total fraud hotel, specially the manager Mr. Keshav, seeing that the booking was done same day he told us that there some problem in the room and can accommodate to another property. When we visited the other property they offered us a room meant for their staff. Same day booking does not offers refund as per Goibio policy. We were made to do share phone recording and other stuff to the Goibio representative. The property manager upfront denied that he didn't asked us to accommodate in another property. Such kind of fraud people in hospitality industry cause a bad mane to all people in the region.please do not book this hotel unless 100% refund is there while booking.

I am too dissatisfied with this accommodation; it was not at all value for money. We reach there at night around 9 pm but there was no electricity whole night not even they have back-up. They didn't provide us drinking water. They was no proper amenities in the room. Washroom was too unclean & no water supply. No WiFi was available. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

absolutely pathetic experience.No water in bathroom,Everytime u need to remind staff about water.overpriced food,flies in the room no arrangement to travel to chakrata.when u ask them they get u all overpriced cabs who try to fleece u. not recommended at all

The location was good and in a very peaceful area. But it was far from the market area. No pool, no wifi services were available there. Staff was ok. But there should be first aid box available in the property for an emergency.

Awesome view, with this cost definitely recommend others, will come again with my family. Staff was good food was good but location was unbeatable. Fall in love with location. Deluxe room recommended. Because of view.

It was not money worthy. The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to the mark. No wifi or internet services available there. Location wise it was ok. Staff was also fine. But overall 1/5 for the stay.

The hotel is about 30 min driving distance from Chakrata. Nothing much to do at this place. Rooms were below average. Food was good and the manager (Mr Rahul) was helpful

great, we stay here at Xmas eve. love everything specially evening bonfire and food. staff was helping. view were awesome , specially sunset.

It is not resort. At best it can be an Inn or Lodge .. No value for money .. infact we are planning to move out from here tomorrow
