      This time I'm sorry because this time I'm very disappointed from Hotel side . I'm already called the reception one day before and also do the msg on whatsapp. I'm visiting in your hotel at 11am and plz ready my room before my check in but I'm visit 11:30 am and they ask me the room not yet ready I'll said OK fine I'm waiting for the room and after 30 mints they told me the is ready for you. When I'm enter the room. the room + washroom is very dirty and very bad in condition soo many insect inside the room.
