      staff behaviour needs improvement. not accepting credit or debit card initially. linens not clean. ventilation poor. room condition can be improved.

      when I visited there at hotel..... your reception guy said my booking is for classic room and in classic rooms 2 guest is not allowed.... classic is only for 1 person...........he
