Please don't get fooled by name of country club attached to it... nothing like country club here.. rooms are tiny...bathrooms are leaking.. hotel is very old... the worst part is their cold staff.... they don't know how to deal with customers... food is even worse... book it if it's the last hotel left in Surat... but don't book with breakfast, they give just one option along with very bad tasting tea.... in nut shell avoid this hotel if possible... there are other value for money options in same budget in Surat...

list is long... hotel is quite old.. don't get confused by name country club... nothing like club.. rooms are extremely small.. bathrooms tap keeps leaking. avoid adding the breakfast, they say it a free breakfast... but give only one breakfast along with tea... no choice of breakfast... also avoid having lunch/dinner at the restaurant or room service... food tastes pathetic....

I Don't recommend this hotel to other travelers to stay. Staff response is like you have done some crime to book this hotel. Hotel is in real in very poor condition. Found a wire near shower. If you are in was room you need someone out side to push it to open. Can see the image to judge the hotel position. As per hotel Condition and service the charges are really very very high.

Hotel staffs are pathetic . Their breakfast is very limited and if you ask for anything then they will charge you extra . Rooms were also not clean and horrible smell was coming from the room . And Manager of the hotel is an absolute jerk because he don’t know how to talk and seems to be manner less . Worst hotel so far 👎🏼👎🏼

Hotel is good, location is good, but some times service is poor. people need to get more professional and trained. Toilet issue is always there in any way.
