Pros : 1. Spacious room with inbuilt Kitchen area however no gas or utensils were available for use 2. Lift is there in the building so it makes easy and convenient for elderly people 3. You get a sofa cum bed in the room so you can easily accommodate 4 people in the room 4. You can see Prem Mandir from the balcony as it is in the back side of that Cons : 1. Location is hard to find as it is situated in a residential area and there were no boards or hoardings to guide you to the hotel. I tried asking nearby hotel's guard as well but he was also not aware about this hotel. 2. Bad roads which has lot of pot holes in it so you would hardly think that a Hotel can be there in such kind of location 3. AC was awful, wasn't cooling even at 16 and making a lot of noise. That definitely needed a gas refill. I asked to change my room but the receptionist denied saying all other rooms are already occupied however i didn't feel that. 4. The cabinets were so dirty and kinda unhygienic, you could see spots and dirt in the pictures itself. 5. TV remote was missing so I had to use the TV power button to switch it on/off 6. This property doesn't have pantry and there are no shops or tapri nearby so it is hard to find tea/coffee or any other edibles as well. 7. The bedding and linen weren't too clean and hygiene. I could see some insects roaming around. 8. Washroom was also lacking cleaning & hygiene. 9. The bed has spring mattresses which might not be comfortable for few 10. Lastly, I felt that the property is preferred by youngsters for partying and chilling out.

Pix are different from real scene Not satisfied with hotel management They charged me for minral water which was free in there service also poor WiFi Room was not cleaned daily and very dirty bathroom

Very Clean Room. Staff Behaiviour very good. Did not provide breakfat. overall nice experience. Hotel is nearby Prem Mandir. and well connected to road.
