pathetic rooms.i reached this hotel at 8:30 pm at night while my room was booked from 12pm in the afternoon for the same day and it was booked just for 1 night. the owner straight away started asking me more money as soon as i arrived at the location. i told him i've already paid and the booking is confirmed, also that i will need to leave early in the morning and around 5pm, pls accomodate a clean room. the person on the reception "katora leke raste pe baitna padega, paise lelo isse". finally after a lot of rucus, the person asked someone to give me any random room. the room was horrible. somehow after multiple attempts i managed to request them to get the bedsheets changed.no customer should go through.

Worst experience. The receptionist was a man look like a kind of bad guy. When I reached hotel I told him about my booking but he totally refused that and said "there is no such booking. " and after some time he agreed to give me a room . When I visited the room. It was dirty like the room was not cleaned for 2-3 months. And rest room was very small and that was also not cleaned.

30701 Four Seasons hotel, in worst hotel in India & agra also,no good and clean room, Rs 300/ extra colect from me, no breakfast no dinner ( my booking for 2 days including breakfast and dinner also!! Please don't book, they don't take online booking, their rooms are dirty, they come up with excuses like electricity is not there, soap and amenities are not there. Please initiate refund of the booking.

Pathetic hotel, AC not working, TV not working.....first of all they refused to give me room after lot of talk they given me a room....room was very dirty.....not recommended this hotel to anyone.

The room is very dirty, cigarette buts all around. Ac doesn't works fine. Room have a tv but no connection. Washroom is very dirty. Overall i would suggest not to visit.
