lift issue, stucked in lift for 15 to 20 min, Schindler customer care didn't find lift location to support or its not registered. their database. staff is rude and arrogant. intercom is not working, have to get down for room support and service. rooms are good but need to update on this points

It was my first time in Mumbai, But it was a great time there, The hotel staff were very good and Both front staff either morning or night were very good...the behaviour and hospitality were amazing... God bless all...

Photographer here and after my show had to exchange data so i brought 2 colleagues but the staff tried to charge me 1000 + taxes per person for bringing 2 male guests .
