The only thing to talk about the resort is boys working there. they are friendly enough to resolve the issues which were in their control. starting from the check-in. No parking available at the resort. had to pay to a vendor out there for parking. Also, room curtains bidding was broken. Not replaced even after request. Power sockets were out from their origin. completely risky to handle it switches. again issue not rectified after multiple requests. AC was not working in 2 out of 5 rooms which we booked. 1 room and washroom was not clean. I believe it was not prepared after the guest checked out who stayed there before us. Above all this, No kids zone or games platform was there which was shown in the pics. overall a below average stay I would say. Nature and location of the resort was the only convalescence.

Great place for a weekend getaway! In nature's paradise. They staff is cery cooperative and they serve amazing food. They also organize bonfire in the evening and serves amazing snacks to make your evening. Great work team Pacific inn Staaf helped us for all our needs

Location is perfect.rooms were good.bt hot water was nt available.bt on request to manager he gave a water heater rod the next day..parking is not available..but a perfect stay just next to ganga...view at night and morning is mesmerising..

Not a great resort as there was no room service. Rooms were comfortable but TV was not working and they did not provide hot water in the bathroom. However the resort is well maintained and food was available and it tastes good.

The location of resort was good but the maintenance of the rooms was not good. The AC was not proper working after so many complaints then they changed the room. Another issue was parking it was not near the hotel.

Its a calm place with a river nearby... parking is an issue as there is a common parking area which is about 400 meters away... they will transfer your luggage. But The view, calm place, away from traffic jams :)
